What’s Included in Every Session?

What Counts as a “Look”?

A look is a single outfit. Minor changes—like adding a jacket or scarf—are included in the same look. If you fully change into a new outfit, that counts as a separate look.

Session Types:

Headshots → Clean, close-up portraits that focus on your face, typically waist-up, on a solid backdrop.
Branding → More personality-driven shots that allow for movement, a wider crop, and props.
We can

Note: we can do BOTH headshots and branding photos in one session, they will each just count as a “look.” So, say you want to do 2 headshot looks and 1 branding photo = 3 looks! Hybrid sessions will all be done indoors.

Hair & Makeup Add-Ons

Professional grooming can make or break a photo and make a huge difference under studio lighting. So, while it’s not required (yet), I highly recommend you consult with one of my trusted makeup artists before booking your session to get the most out of your photos.

Grooming ($100 add-on) → Light skin touch-ups, shine control, and redness reduction for a natural, polished look (great for a “no-makeup” style).
Full Makeup ($250 add-on) → Professional makeup application including foundation, eye makeup, blush, and lip color—tailored to look great on camera.

Pay in full at booking for all sessions. Need a payment plan? Please email me.

Rescheduling

New York: Change your time for free up to 48 hours before your session.
On-the-Road Sessions (Houston, Miami, etc.): Change your time for free up to 5 days before your session.; $50 fee within 5 days.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations within 72 hours of booking: 100% refund,
New York: Cancel up to 48 hours before your shoot: Get 50% back. No-shows or cancelations within 48 hours of session: 0% refund. Rescheduling may be possible.
On-the-Road Sessions: Cancel up to 5 days before your shoot: Get 50% back. Within 5 days of your session, 0% refund, only rescheduling permitted. (Travel costs like flights and lodging are non-refundable once booked—I cover these myself!)

A Note: Renting in NYC and traveling takes planning and expense, so sessions outside of Beacon, NY do require a higher level of commitment for now. Thanks for understanding the refund and cancellation policies. Questions or concerns? Please email me!

✔ Group & Buddy Discounts: Book consecutive, same-day sessions with 2 or more people and each person saves $25 off base rate. Let’s make it a party. For 5+ people, each session saves 10%.

Additional Services & Add-Ons

Extra Retouched Images → $30 per headshot / $20 per branding image.
Rush Retouching → Need them sooner? 3-day turnaround available for an additional $15 per image.
